Please be aware that due to volume, Dr. Shublaq is currently booking 3-4 months out as he works to meet all of his new patients. This is part of the process of setting up a new practice, and will not always be the standard wait times.

 

If you have not yet met Dr. Shublaq and don't have an upcoming appointment but need medications renewed, you will have to have them renewed by whichever clinic has done so for you in the past, or you can ask your pharmacy for a bridge amount until you are able to meet Dr. Shublaq.
