Mindfulness for Daily Living Virtual series

New Virtual Mindfulness Series!
Learn how to cope with the pressures of daily living and respond to stress differently. Presented via Zoom by an Occupational Therapist and a Social Worker. Participants will need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet, and some privacy. Registration is required, and participants must commit to attending all sessions. Wednesdays, 6:00-8:00pm, January 20 to February 24, 2021.
