New Virtual Mindfulness Series!
Learn how to cope with the pressures of daily living and respond to stress differently. Presented via Zoom by an Occupational Therapist and a Social Worker. Participants will need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet, and some privacy. Registration is required, and participants must commit to attending all sessions. Wednesdays, October 20 to November 24, 2021. Time will either be 2-4pm or 6-8pm, depending on interests of registrants.
