Coping with Anxiety during the Pandemic

COVID-19 has thrown the world for a loop and many of us are struggling to find our bearings and cope with the changes and uncertainty. Learn to manage symptoms of anxiety and panic through a cognitive behavioural approach. This is a virtual (ZOOM) 6-week closed group, held on Thursdays at 10 am to Noon from November 5 to December 17.
To get the most benefit from the program, you need to be available to attend all 6 sessions. Facilitated by a Mental Health Nurse and Social Worker.
